Compare powerlifting totals across body weights using the Wilks coefficient.

Who it's for: Powerlifters normalizing squat+bench+deadlift totals for fair comparison.

Wilks adjusts raw total by body weight using sex-specific coefficients.

Higher Wilks means better relative strength for that weight class.

Total is the sum of best squat, bench, and deadlift in pounds.
