How it works

Calculate Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) from eye, verbal, and motor responses.

Who it's for: Emergency clinicians assessing level of consciousness after trauma or neurologic insult.

GCS = eye opening + verbal response + motor response (3–15).

Score ≤ 8 indicates severe traumatic brain injury — often requires airway protection.

Standardized neurologic assessment tool.

How to use

  1. Select best Eye, Verbal, and Motor responses.
  2. Read total GCS score.
